Say hi to the team!

Part of our team since 2014, Peter is dual wielding licenses in both Barbering and Cosmetology. Cutting hair for over 35 years,  he is an industry educator and one of the Master Barbers here on staff.

Tanner has been a part of The HandleBar Team since 2017.  He loves fishing,  camping,  and is an avid hockey player.

Meet Rizzo! If you don't know her already, she's been with us since 2014 and is one of the Master Barbers on staff. She is a licensed Barber and Cosmetologist so she can tackle just about any style you have in mind. 

Originally from Chicago, Don has decades of barbering experience and once owned a barbershop in Santa Monica for 20+ years. He has now found a part-time home here at The HandleBar on Fridays and Saturdays.

A Thousand Oaks Native, Jay has been with us since 2019. Cutting hair is his passion, along with traveling and camping.

Ian's a T.O. Native and is affectionately known in the shop as the human version of Google, and we've been lucky to have him since 2014. He's a sneaker junkie and an excellent resource for most things pop culture. 

Previously working in Santa Monica, John has been cutting hair for over 25 years. He joined our crew in 2021 and is available here at the Barbershop 5 days a week.

He's not hard to notice due to his bright purple, green, or blue hair (depending on his mood).  Logan was trained by a Master Barber and Cosmetologist and has been with us since 2018. He loves anime, live music, and gaming.
